1. Definitions

• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from the user's ok25 account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives provided by ok25 to users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the mandatory amount of gameplay required before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Indonesian regulations and anti-money laundering compliance standards.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Selfie photograph holding your ID card with your face clearly visible
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank account statements or e-wallet screenshots to verify payment method ownership

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes:

• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never sharing your password, security questions, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ok25 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. ok25 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and may request documentation proving the origin of funds, particularly for large transactions exceeding Rp 25.000.000 in a single deposit or Rp 100.000.000 in cumulative deposits within a 30-day period.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your ok25 account, you must:

• Have successfully completed KYC identity verification
• Have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses or promotional offers
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity
• Have a minimum withdrawable balance of Rp 100.000

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and permanent ban:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or device to circumvent limitations or claim multiple bonuses

• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ok25 customer support
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal, or process funds derived from illegal activities

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While ok25 strives to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We shall not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or technical issues
• Network or internet connectivity problems beyond our control

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

ok25 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided on the platform
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, ok25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by ok25

ok25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining account balance (after all wagering requirements are met) will be returned to your verified payment method
• All active bonuses will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive promotional communications from ok25
• Reopening a closed account requires approval from ok25 management and may not be granted

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion:

• Any existing account balance will be returned to you

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok25 is licensed and operates. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes between you and ok25 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
